Most recipes feature multiple flavorful ingredients, which should lend readers a sense of accomplishment. Alongside images of fruits, vegetables, and the completed dishes are photographs of girls gathering produce. A warm and practical introduction to wholesome foods and preparations. Ages 8-up.
